Woodfield Community Primary School

On behalf of everyone at Woodfield Community Primary School I would like to extend a warm welcome to our school website and hope that as you explore it you gain a sense of the enabling and caring ethos we foster here. It is an immense privilege, as the headteacher, to work with such happy, hardworking and polite pupils and welcoming, supportive staff. Everything we do at Woodfield is underpinned by our vision for Inspiring Learning Together, and our own parents and pupils along with visitors to our school, feedback regularly on what we call the 'W Factor'. Building the self-esteem and ambitions of our school community is what we do best.
We pride ourselves on our small and inclusive school - with 83 pupils, we guarantee every child is recognised for their individual qualities, which we enable them to build on. With four classes, including up to 30 hours nursery provision we ensure inspiring learning together from the moment I welcome you at the school gate each morning, to the end of the day when I delight in sharing your child's successes as they leave. Bilton Children’s Centre, which provides support for families with young children in the local area, is on our site as well as Bilton and Woodfield Community Library.

Choosing the right school for your child - one that is going to get the balance right in terms of care and challenge - is an extremely important decision; getting that decision right will reap rewards, enabling and developing successful lifelong learners and effective contributors.

You are warmly invited to visit, so that you can experience for yourself the quality and breadth of education for all children that we provide here at Woodfield Community Primary School -
a bright, happy and welcoming school, with inspiring colourful and interactive learning environments.

If you are a prospective parent, we hope the information on the website is useful and informative. Please contact the school office if you wish to visit the school and I will be delighted to show you around.
