It is our aim that pupils will develop the knowledge and skills as well as the values of citizenship in order to keep themselves healthy and safe as they prepare for life and work in modern Britain. We will provide the opportunities for pupils develop and maintain healthy relationships; to learn how to keep themselves and others healthy and safe; to learn about a wide range of rights and responsibilities and to understand that actions have consequences and their actions may adversely affect others.

At Woodfield, we follow the PSHE Curriculum set by the PSHE Association.  The curriculum is a question-based curriculum that is based around three key themes, which are:

  • Health and wellbeing
  • Relationships
  • Living in the wider world

If you have any questions or would like to speak to a member of staff about this topic please contact the main office, or for more information please visit the PSHE Association website.
