We hope this letter finds you and your families safe and well during this time.
We are saddened to inform you that after more than 25 years of service to the children and community of Woodfield Primary School, Mrs Simmons has resigned her position and will leave us next week. We are sure you would like to join us in taking this opportunity to thank Mrs Simmons for all her hard work and dedication – she will be greatly missed. We wish her well for the future and thank her for all she has done for the children of Woodfield.
A message from Mrs Simmons:
I would like to wish the children and their families all the very best for the future. It has been an absolute pleasure teaching you all and I am taking away some wonderful memories.
We have been working hard to secure a new teacher for Nursery and Reception and we would like to introduce you to Miss Natasha Siari.
Miss Siari has joined us from Westbourne Primary School, Mr Atkinson’s school in Bradford, and she has agreed to help support Woodfield for the summer term. To help provide the continuity our children need, Miss Siari started at Woodfield this week so she and Mrs Simmons could meet and hand over detailed information about the class.
Once school resumes there will be an opportunity for you to meet Miss Siari.
Thank you for you continued support
Mr. M Atkinson Miss. J Marwood
Executive Head Teacher Head of School
